In this role, you will help us bring to life our recently refreshed employer value proposition (EVP) and drive the development and execution of employer branding strategies to position ADP as an employer of choice worldwide.

You will bring your global marketing expertise, creativity, can-do attitude, project management skills, and collaborative spirit to ADP’s Global Employer Brand and Marketing team. This role will support the development and execution of digital content (career site, social media, etc.), brand advocacy engagement, omni-channel recruitment marketing campaigns and materials that will engage, inspire and attract talent, support retention goals, and strengthen our employer brand globally. Operationally, this role will also monitor our job distribution channels for efficiency and accuracy.

What you'll do: Responsibilities

Develop and implement global employer branding strategies aligned with company goals and values. Drive the creation and curation of content (e.g., career site, social media, brand advocacy, employee stories) that showcases the employee experience. Manage global website EVP messaging/content and SEO optimization, and monitor Google analytics to help assess site performance. Ensure consistency of employer brand and corporate brand guidelines, across all channels. Enjoy working on multiple projects simultaneously, and ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution. Partner with regional and global stakeholders to ensure our EVP messaging resonates across various markets. Measure and report on the effectiveness of employer branding campaigns using key metrics (e.g., application rates, engagement, retention). Manage relationships with external partners (agencies, vendors, consultants) as needed. Participate in media agency and job board partnerships. Champion inclusion and belonging in all employer branding activities.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related field, preferably in a global context.

 

Bonus points for these:

Strong project management and account management skills. Fluent in what makes engaging and on-brand employer brand content. Experience analyzing data to drive insights and measure impact. Deep knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and paid digital marketing. Ability to identify and analyze global labor market trends and candidate job-seeking practices to inform employer branding initiatives.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $74,100.00 - USD $150,300.00 / Year*
