**The Opportunity**
Our location in **Austin, TX** , currently has an opportunity for a **Global Downstream** **Product Manager** in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM).
**What You’ll Do**
Lead the organization in leveraging passion about healthcare and technology to impact patients’ lives.
The role will be the lead on product strategy and new product development direction in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM).
This role focuses on driving market adoption, supporting regional teams, shaping customer engagement, and building impactful promotional campaigns. You’ll collaborate across marketing, sales, education, medical affairs, and global regions to ensure effective execution of brand strategies and sustained commercial success.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead global downstream marketing strategies for Abbott’s full CRM portfolio
+ Develop and execute global marketing campaigns, messaging platforms, and launch plans
+ Create compelling sales tools, promotional materials, competitive positioning, and value-based messaging
+ Partner with regional marketing and commercial teams to support in-country execution and adaptation of global strategies
+ Support field training, professional education, and physician engagement initiatives to drive clinical preference
+ Track market trends, competitive dynamics, and performance metrics to inform tactical pivots
+ Represent the commercial voice in cross-functional projects, including lifecycle management and global commercial readiness
+ Lead planning and content development for major congresses, symposia, and advisory boards
Performance will be monitored versus the annual marketing plan, and execution against the action items and financial objectives.
Must ensure compliance with the Quality System, and all Ethics/Compliance guidelines.
Must work within budget guidelines and be able to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree; Major/Field of study - Marketing, Business, Life Science/Biomedical Engineering, or Software related field
+ 6 years of experience in marketing/product management, including experience with a global company. Healthcare industry, and/or medical device experience preferred.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Master's Preferred
+ Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) experience is highly preferred.
+ Sales Experience is a plus
+ Experience prioritizing and managing project initiatives across multiple functions and/or business units. Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross division business unit model preferred. Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business model.
+ New product launch experience is preferred.
+ Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced changing environment -- multi-tasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner. Strong project management, team skills, and influential management.
+ Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
+ Adept at handling multiple assignments in a timely manner and meeting assigned deadlines.
+ Ability to travel, approximately 25-30%, including internationally.
Please note that the salary range listed is our full grade range. We usually hire based on the mid-point.

The base pay for this position is $97,300.00 – $194,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
