Job Description

We're looking for UI/UX Designer who excels at creating engaging, interactive, and thoughtful digital experiences. You will blend visual design, user research, and front-end development to create intuitive and accessible interfaces. You'll collaborate with partners to enhance the customer journey using research, feedback, and analytics - always with a focus on user needs, technical skills, performance, and accessibility.

You will report to the Global DMX Manager - UX Design and Research.

You will work hybrid in Barcelona, Spain.

Your Responsibilities:Design wireframes, functional specifications and high-fidelity visuals and prototypes based on our needs and user insights.Contribute to and ensure implementation of design systems, brand guidelines, user experience best practices and accessibility standards across digital projects.Collaborate with internal and external designers, developers, content teams and partners find elegant, user-centered solutions.Champion the voice of the customer and advocate for exceptional user experiences while balancing technical feasibility and our goals.Define success metrics and evaluate UX impact across digital touchpoints.Partner with UX researchers to interpret findings and guide experience improvements.Use analytics platforms (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) to extract applicable insights, guiding data-driven UX enhancements and strategic product evolution.Stay current with digital trends and identify opportunities through conferences, professional groups, and marketing communities.

The Essentials - You Will Have:5+ years of professional experience in a design or development environment.Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, compelling visual design and UX solutions backed by measurable outcomes.Bachelor's degree in visual communication, UX design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar applications.Support others in user-centered design principles and practices.Experience conducting design reviews and incorporating feedback to align with standards.Experience collaborating with developers to maintain design and interaction consistency throughout the entire development lifecycle.Experience establishing, document, manage, and promote design systems, standards, and reusable components.Design inclusive experiences that meet WCAG guidelines and accommodate diverse user needs.Collaborative spirit with experience working across global and differents teams.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Familiarity with Lean and Agile methodologies.Experience designing for progressive web apps and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).Knowledge of responsive design, personalization strategies, CMS environments, and custom-coded solutions.Experience with accessibility standards and SEO best practices.Experience creating designs that support multiple languages and accommodate localization requirements.Understanding of metadata, taxonomy, and SEO principles.Technical experience with HTML, CSS, and browser developer tools.Experience with enterprise platforms or complex systems.Experience creating cross-cultural designs.Experience with CMS platforms and designing content templates.Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and structured product data systems.Hands-on experience with web personalization tools and A/B testing platforms (e.g. Adobe Target, VWO, Optimizely) to validate UX hypotheses, improve user journeys, and lead conversions.UX design certification or formal education.
