In this role, you have the opportunity to
Contribute to drive new Medical Device Products introductions in Operations and Supply Chain to support our CT/AMI customers and patients as well as our CT/AMI business.
You are responsible for
Drive Industrialization for CT/AMI Medical Devices ProductsPartnering with business unit product management leadership teams to develop the portfolio strategy & annual plan, focusing on R&D utilizationManage products Industrialization roadmap for CT/AMI and ensure smooth, high quality and optimized costs of CT/AMI Products Design Transfers from R&D to OperationsInteract with R&D, Operations and Supply chain and define requirements and processes to reach business goals, as well as interact with your peers to define Industrialization standardsApply DFX (Design for Excellence), DFM (Design for Manufacturing) , Design for supply chain and Lean methodologiesLead your team, and ensure people growth and development with global leadership, managing a multi locations global teamTo succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
MSc Engineering Degree (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Systems/ Industrialization)At least 10 years of working experience in a complex Engineering/ Manufacturing/ Supply Chain environmentAt least 5 years of working experience as a Team ManagerPreferably experience in the HighTech industry, ideally Healthcare or other strict regulatory environmentsExpertise in New Products Design Transfer from R&D to Operations and supply ChainQuality acumen; Expertise in Quality Management Systems; preferably medical Device and/or APQPStrong leader with excellent communication skills.Experience with Six Sigma/ Lean tools, as well as DFM/ DFTBusiness English both spoken and written is requiredAnalytical skills is requiredIn return, we offer you
