Job Description:
The Director of Digital Product Management will play a pivotal role as a member of the Digital Leadership Team -- equal parts change agent, strategist, analyst, technologist and pragmatic optimist, with a strong communication and collaboration skillset. To be effective, this leader must have proven success leading a digital product management organization within a complex B2B company structure that demands a highly collaborative approach, be able to operate globally, influence and spark change/progress, work well in matrixed organizations, and be ready to define and drive a strategic vision for the future of digital and digital product leadership for Arrow Global Components.
What You Will Be Doing:
Participate in defining and communicating a strategic digital vision including purpose, target audience, value proposition, focused outcomes and OKRs that will guide all prioritization, product-related decisions and help ensure alignment across teams.
Leverage competitive, industry and customer research and analysis to understand the landscape, key trends, as well as the needs and preferences of target customers.
Together with your team of product managers, lead all product/capability strategies and roadmaps that are flexible and adaptable to new information and a dynamic environment, leveraging data, insights and input from multiples sources and stakeholders. This role requires strong collaborative skills, particularly in cross-cultural contexts, with a focus on effective teamwork within diverse and international teams, especially in Asia and China markets.
Prioritize changes, features, requirements and experiments for all digital capabilities – inclusive of process, tech and data -- based on the strategy, continuous discovery and customer listening, desired outcomes, and an evaluation of both tech and operational impacts, and business and customer value. This involves creating and managing a backlog and collaborating with the technology team and other key functional partners and stakeholders to ensure that they are aligned.
Work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams both within the digital organization and beyond including global and regional business stakeholders, customer experience and design, marketing, engineering, operations and sales, to ensure that the product is defined, designed, developed, launched and promoted successfully. This includes communicating the product vision, gathering feedback, and collaborating to resolve issues.
Partner closely with marketing, operations and sales to promote and drive understanding and adoption of new/changed capabilities.
Continuously track, measure and analyze digital capability performance, leveraging insights as a key input to the future strategy and roadmap.
Set strategic direction for and lead/manage a cohesive, collaborative, high performing digital product management organization.
Support development of a Digital organization culture that is customer-centric, learning-based, focused on continuous improvement, and grounded in measurement and data-based decision making.
What we are looking for:
A bachelor’s degree in business, information systems or related relevant field preferred.
15+ years of experience of progressively increasing digital product and leadership experience.
Experience in large complex global B2B environment, B2B industrial preferred.
eCommerce and online sales / demand generation and account-based capabilities experience strongly preferred.
Proven track record managing a team orientation to outcomes and OKRs.
Strong reporting and analytics skills with ability to synthesize complex data points into simple business-focused recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and collaborate across functions and teams.
Effective communicator: A track record of presenting insights and related high priority topics to executives and peers. Comfortable with public speaking and facilitating large group sessions. Clear communicator with ability to simplify and effectively communicate complex concepts.
Excellent collaboration skills working with internal and external stakeholders and across both business and technical teams.
High degree of personal integrity; culturally sensitive & empathetic.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$163,800.00 - $302,500.00Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
