How will you contribute to the success of DHL?
As a Global Digital Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing performance across key digital acquisition channels, including Paid Media, SEO, and Google My Business. You’ll work closely with global, regional, and local teams to ensure strategic alignment, share best practices, and drive customer acquisition and visibility.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Paid Media Oversight: Coordinate global paid media strategy across markets, monitor campaign performance, and collaborate with media agencies and platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) to ensure media effectiveness.
SEO Management: Lead global SEO strategy, monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush, and support local teams with audits and training.
Google My Business Governance: Manage global Google My Business framework, ensure consistent brand representation, and guide local teams on optimization strategies.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze cross-channel data using Adobe Analytics, support KPI tracking, and develop quarterly performance reports for senior stakeholders.

You are a digitally savvy marketer with a passion for performance and optimization. You thrive in global environments, enjoy working across cultures and teams, and have a strong analytical mindset. You’re comfortable navigating complex data, digital platforms, and stakeholder relationships to drive measurable results.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, including performance marketing, SEO, and local search.
Hands-on experience with tools like Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and local listings platforms.
Certifications in Google Ads or SEO.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working in global or regional marketing teams.
Fluency in English.
