ADP is hiring a Lead Program Co-ordinator
In this role, you will play a critical administrative and organizational role in supporting the Global Payroll Transformation Program at ADP. Ensuring the smooth operation of the program by managing logistics, coordinating program meetings, aligning stakeholder calendars, and providing administrative support across the four strategic pillars of the transformation: Sales, Starts & Upgrades Productivity & Innovation and HR Services. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
What you can expect on a typical day:
• Meeting & Calendar Coordination:
o Plan, schedule, and coordinate program-wide and workstream-specific meetings (e.g., Steering Committees, governance forums, workshops, and status meetings).
o Align calendars across key program stakeholders to ensure availability for critical meetings and milestones.
o Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, track attendance, and capture/distribute meeting minutes and action items.
• Program Coordination & Administration:
o Support the program’s administrative needs, including logistics coordination for in-person or virtual workshops.
o Track and follow up on key program deliverables and deadlines in collaboration with workstream/pillar leads.
• Stakeholder Communication:
o Coordinate internal communication logistics, ensuring timely updates and information flow among program stakeholders and workstreams.
o Serve as the point of contact for scheduling and logistical queries from internal teams and external partners.
• Support of Transformation Governance:
o Assist in the preparation and logistical execution of program governance meetings and reporting cadences.
o Consolidate input from various teams for program status reporting and dashboard updates.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL REQUIRE:
• Proven experience in a project/program coordination or executive assistant role, ideally in a global or matrixed organization.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with Smartsheet, MS Teams, or project management tools is a plus.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders across regions and functions.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a commitment to follow-through.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• Supporting global transformation programs, particularly in HR or payroll domains.
• Familiarity with ADP systems and internal processes is a strong advantage.
• Background in supporting agile or change-driven programs is a plus.
