Overview The Global Demand Accelerator (DX) has been in place since Q2 2019 to create and execute transformational commercial solutions that inspire smiles and accelerate growth. The focus for 2024 and beyond is to elevate the Service Model and focus more effort on deeply embedding products and capabilities across lighthouse markets. This position will work to implement Perfect Store Global Standards for PepsiCo considering best practices from top performing markets and Industry leading trends with objective of democratizing capability and accelerating impact. This will result in strong business results being delivered as capabilities embed and scale around the world. Rewarding opportunity for personal and professional growth. Responsibilities Develop and establish global capability best practices/standards for implementation. This would involve supporting a Perfect store community globally Work closely with Global, Sectors, BUs to diagnose existing perfect store programs maturity and build roadmaps for advancement, as per Global Perfect Store playbook and gold standard services & solutions As per prioritization and contracting, execute High Impact Projects: consult existing Perfect Store programs advancement when deploying new services & solutions hands-on support of establishment of new Perfect Store programs, incl. scaling into new markets / channels collaborate effectively with broad array of keys stakeholders across DX/GCC to drive Perfect Store connectivity Deploy consistent Perfect Store Value Realization tracking Develop and deploy Perfect Store chapters within E2E commercial playbooks, to deliver sustainable profitable granular growth as per SDD priorities Work with DX Capability lead to develop, deploy and deliver Global Perfect Store capability programs to ensure learning application is maximized globally to address needs of Global DX Perfect store community Qualifications Required skills and Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience with managing Perfect Store program on the ground. Proven track record across both traditional and organized trade channels. Experience with advanced Perfect Store solutions, inc sDNA / IR 7+ years of broader commercial experience in DX, channel development, sales effectiveness, NRM, insights High EQ, verbal and written communication skills that educate and influence senior leaders; ability to “manage up” Premium on consultative selling and customer engagement Highly analytical, motivated, decisive thought leader with excellent managerial skills Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences Capability building design and delivery experience Preferred Skills: Thriving and delivering objectives in an ambiguous, heavily matrixed environment Ability to see patterns and trends in data that most others (including senior leaders) do not see Superior cross-functional knowledge and capability, ability to challenge functional experts with credibility Personal strength and confidence to challenge ‘dominant logic thinking’ in a senior audience Ability to disrupt while bringing others along Strategic mindset with an ability to think broadly, refine questions, and develop analytical frameworks
