In this role you will ensure high-quality, consistent people data and reporting across all OpCos by managing platform performance and driving continuous improvement. The role safeguards governance standards, supports timely and accurate reporting, and enables insights-led decision-making through robust analytics solutions
Your responsibilities would include:
Overseeing the performance of the platform(s), ensuring that people insights are available to all OpCos. Defining and safeguarding data quality and standards across People Function. Fostering strong partnerships with the Global Process Owner(s), internal stakeholders (across functions and OpCos), as well as external providers. Continuously improving the global People Function data & reporting environment and partnering with the Business Process Owners to define analysis that drives insights-led decision making. Creating collaborative relationships with Operating Companies and functional owners to ensure that reports and reporting tools support business processes. Providing support on all Global People Data Models, including CIL HR Data, DEI Reports & CSRD Reports. Ensuring that all OpCos report in a consistent and orderly manner. Collaborating with P&CI to ensure the robustness of and adherence to processes which govern the people reporting framework. Collaborating with the Global Solutions & Support team to support the data & reporting environment according to the support model. Setting direction, evaluate releases and govern solution enhancements, etc.
You are a good candidate if you have:
Bachelor or Master degree Minimum of 5 years’ experience in defining, driving and communicating data standards. Experience in HR Data migration programmes, including collection and standardization. Proven track record in delivering data products, development of reports and providing insights. Knowledge of reporting toolsets such as PowerBI. Experience in defining, driving and documenting requirements Strong analytical & communication skills. Business Understanding. Hands-on mentality, disciplined, pro-active and persuasive. Stakeholdering orchestration: translate needs into clear requirements, review deliverables. Power BI literacy (governed self‑service): can read/adjust models and DAX, manage workspaces and deployment pipelines when needed. Platform literacy: can read SQL and understand Databricks Data product & governance: owns metric definitions and lineage; runs pragmatic data‑quality checks; applies privacy‑by‑design for HR PII; keeps audit‑ready evidence.
