Join our dynamic Health Programmes Development team as a Global Data and Reporting Co-ordinator! This pivotal role offers you the opportunity to manage key global wellbeing platforms while ensuring data integrity and an exceptional user experience. Work full-time in the beautiful city of The Hague, Netherlands, and contribute to impactful health initiatives that make a difference worldwide.

Responsibilities
  Manage the ongoing operation of the company’s Health Wellbeing Portal (SharePoint), including uploading new content and optimizing user experience. Administer the Wellnomics platform, managing user queries and IT support tickets. Conduct regular HR import activities for Wellnomics, handling sensitive data downloads and preparing secure uploads. Extract, clean, and collate data for quarterly Global Mental Wellbeing Program reports. Provide support for the Data Alignment Project by gathering organizational structure data and identifying gaps. Coordinate UAT for new programs and projects, including planning and feedback collection. in delivering the Data Capability workshop series through administrative coordination. Manage the focal point network via MS Teams, organizing engagement calls and feedback collection. Provide support for the collation and finalization of the company’s Health Annual Review.
Requirements  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred Minimum 3 years in data management, SharePoint administration, or related roles Proven experience in SharePoint site management and content administration. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data cleaning and basic analytics. Demonstrable experience in data management from multiple sources. Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
