What You'll Do
Be part of a team that is transforming BCG into an AI-first company! We are building a centralized Business Intelligence & Analytics function that will simplify and automate information delivery—providing advanced insights and analysis to support decision-making. To date, the team has launched and operationalized several global-scale products and dashboards, enhancing how our leaders engage in information to manage the business. With AI, the next wave of digital reporting is underway which will help to unlock further value for BCG’s leadership and functions with best-in-class business intelligence and analytics.
As a Global Product Senior Specialist AI, you’ll play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and optimizing how BCG teams apply AI within their work. You’ll partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and AI engineers to evaluate use cases, design optimal prompting strategies, and measure agent performance. Your focus will be on ensuring that every AI use case is impactful, efficient, and aligned with BCG’s standards for quality, security, and business value.
Key Responsibilities
1. Use Case Evaluation & Enablement
Partner with business and product teams to identify and assess potential AI use cases.Evaluate feasibility, value potential, and alignment with strategic priorities. Translate business workflows into structured AI-enabled opportunities.Create documentation and recommendations that guide prioritization and implementation.2. Prompting & Agent Performance Optimization
Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and refine prompting strategies for large language models (LLMs) and AI agents.Develop evaluation frameworks for accuracy, response quality, and consistency across use cases.Define and manage metrics and benchmarks to assess model and agent performance. • Analyze results to identify optimization opportunities and best practices for reuse across teams.Support deployment of prompting templates and playbooks for common BCG business tasks.3. Cross-Team Collaboration & AI Product Support
Partner with Data Engineers and Product Analysts to operationalize validated use cases and integrate optimized prompts into production systems.Provide feedback loops between users, analysts, and technical teams to continuously improve agent performance.Contribute to documentation, training materials, and enablement sessions to scale GenAI adoption across teams.4. Evaluation, Governance & Reporting
Implement quality assurance standards, evaluation guardrails, and bias mitigation techniques for AI workflows.Track adoption and usage metrics to measure business impact.Produce insights and recommendations that inform continuous improvement cycles.Maintain up-to-date documentation of evaluation results, prompting strategies, and learnings.
What You'll Bring
Technical & Analytical Skills
5–8 years of experience in analytics, AI product evaluation, or data-driven business enablement.Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLM capabilities, and prompt engineering principles.Proficiency in analyzing model outputs and designing frameworks to evaluate accuracy and utility.Working familiarity with AI tools and libraries (LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude, etc.).Basic Python knowledge for experimentation, data analysis, or building prompt evaluation scripts.Strong SQL and data fluency to support analysis and insight generation.Experience working with business data, dashboards, or measurement frameworks.Collaboration & Communication Skills
Ability to bridge technical AI concepts and business needs clearly and effectively.Experience facilitating workshops or discussions around AI use-case design and performance evaluation.Strong analytical storytelling and structured problem-solving skills.Comfort working with cross-functional global teams in fast-paced, iterative environments.A mindset of curiosity, accountability, and continuous learning in applied AI.Who You'll Work With
As part of BI&A Enablement, you’ll collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and business teams across BCG. Together, you’ll evaluate AI opportunities, optimize LLM-powered solutions, and build the frameworks that enable responsible, effective AI adoption firmwide.
