We are looking for a pro-active and customer-oriented Global Customer Experience Integrated Support Intern in our Global Integrated Support Team who understands that providing a high-quality service is crucial for the organization. As an ideal team member you are open-minded, dedicated to make a difference and open to constant development. By fulfilling this role you will be responsible for supporting the daily work of the Integrated Support Team by:

Providing timely support, guidance and high level of customer service to internal customers regarding incoming queries about the ERP system in order to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfactionActing as the entry level and first point of contact for the end users and providing end to end support to them in alignment with the global frameworkStaying curious, open-minded and always willing to learn moreEnsuring business continuity by providing end user support in written and verbal format (ticketing, hotline and chat)
