Job Description

Global CRM Specialist

Noida

The Global CRM Specialist supports the global sales organisation by being a champion of our CRM system globally. As such you will support the continued education on the tool; ensure data integrity; safeguard global process adherence and help resolve system-related issues.

The Global CRM Specialist is the CRM subject-matter expert and the 'go-to person' for all CRM users.

You will report to Sales Tools Support Manager and follow a Hybrid working schedule in Noida

Your Responsibilities:

Communication & Training

Organise and hold training sessions on CRM processes for all rolesCollaboration with regional teams to communicate platform and process changesImprove usage of CRM system and adherence to sales processesRecognise process improvements and communicate these with global sales process teamAdvocate for the CRM platform and contribute to knowledge sharing across all global and regional teamsBe the regional voice for CRM processes, providing feedback to global sales process teamsAssist in production of supplemental training materials for global and regional use including supporting local language adaptation of information where necessary

Technical Support

Manage system access for all user rolesFirst point of contact for trouble shooting of issues in CRMEscalate reoccurring technical issues to the relevant support teamsUnderstand how data connects from other systems into Dynamics (Anaplan, SAP, ProMS)Assist in the creation of custom views and dashboards

The Essentials - You Will Have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.5+ Years technical knowledge of the CRM application (Dynamics or Salesforce)An understanding of how other systems/data (Anaplan, PowerBI, and SAP) are connected with CRM dataAn understanding of how different user roles use our CRMQuery creation in our CRMExperience supporting a global sales organisationFluent in English (working language), and fluency in one or more other languages (e.g., French, Spanish, and Portuguese)

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

Certification on Dynamics or Salesforce CRM systems, but not requiredAgile worker, both independently and collaborativelyInnovativeTake ownership of tasks and projectsManage priorities and tasksWork in different cultures across different countriesWork with multiple platformsWork in a multicultural environmentOccasional working outside of normal office hoursTraining requirements to maintain expert status in our CRM
