The Manager, Global CRM Platform will be will be a key member of the Global CRM Steering team and responsible for the optimization and further development of our global Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capability to maximize business value. The Global CRM Manager will support Ingredion’s business objectives by providing the needed business processes and collaborate with Ingredion’s IT team, “DTS”, to implement the needed tools for Go-To-Market teams, globally, to maximize customer relationships and further enable our sellers to drive customer loyalty and growth. This will include partnering with DTS and business stakeholders to identify and successfully design business processes, implement technologies, establish platform maintenance and support protocols to ensure performance and uptime, and help drive change management to advance Ingredion’s CRM capability. The Manager, Global CRM Platform will have a peer relationship with the CRM adoption leader.
This role will work to identify, prioritize, and partner DTS to implement enhancements, updates and additions to the CRM systems and tools based on direction from the Global CRM Steering team. The successful candidate will be the business owner of the Salesforce platform and other CRM technologies/capabilities and partner with DTS and business stakeholders to maximize the impacts of our investments in these capabilities.
The position reports directly to the Director, Global Digital Capabilities Development and presently has two Business Analyst direct reports.
Core Responsibilities:
• Lead and maintain global CRM governance and the Governance Council to define global and regional standards, drive appropriate platform and process harmonization and shape/prioritize platform enhancements and own the DevOps backlog grooming and sprint planning process.
• In support of the Director, Global Digital Capabilities Development, who is responsible for guiding Ingredion’s overall CRM strategy and capabilities, manage the Salesforce Platform governance process, taking inputs from Business stakeholders and reaching consensus with the CRM Regional/Segment leads with whom the incumbent will establish and maintain critical dotted line relationships.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for capability development to meet the business’ needs and goals and ensure lockstep alignment with DTS’ project and application maintenance teams.
• Lead the design and launch of end-to-end business processes, standards and KPIs for Customer Relationship Management and drive regional convergence/adherence
• Together with the Director of Global Sales Effectiveness and Director of Sales Trainin g, align on and implement change management strategy, training and communication plans
• Provide thought leadership and recommendations on emerging and suitable CRM capabilities and capability improvements that create value for GTM employees and customers
This position is well-suited for you if you bring:
– A passion for customers, demonstrated business acumen and digital first mindset
– Experience managing and or implementing technology enabled end-to-end Customer Relationship Management, with a strong preference for Salesforce.com, and familiarity with Sales, Service and Marketing processes
– Understanding of lead-to-cash processes, preferably within a B2B manufacturing environment
– Process orientation with analytical skills to identify and tap improvement opportunities based on measurable business impact.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and influence various levels of the organization across functions and or a variety of cultures/geographies
– Attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively within a fast-paced environment
– Experience, working in a B2B environment and/or the manufacturing industry, preferably within the food, nutritional, specialty chemical industries or other relevant B2B environments.
Qualified candidates will have:
• Bachelors’ degree in a relevant business and or technology focused discipline. MBA is a plus
• Team leadership and supervisory experience.
• Minimum 5yrs of business experience in Commercial, Marketing, Sales, CRM and or related fields
• Deep expertise in CRM tools, such as Salesforce.com, and knowledge of leading practices for using CRM to create value
• Salesforce certification is highly desired (e.g., Admin, Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant.)
• Ability to prioritize, and develop business propositions that translate into actionable initiatives
• Experience in leading and managing complex projects with corresponding change management
• Ability to travel up to 20%+ of the time

$119,520.00-$159,360.00 AnnualThis pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
Incentive Compensation:
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
