As a Strategic Creative Lead, you'll drive custom creative programs across Amazon's entire advertising ecosystem, from Prime Video Brand Partnerships and innovative shopping experiences to event sponsorships and Alexa integrations. You'll serve as the strategic architect for one of our largest and most complex global accounts, connecting breakthrough ideas with measurable business impact.
What You'll Do:
You'll be a creative leader, brand strategist, and program manager rolled into one, bringing together diverse perspectives to craft cohesive creative and media strategies for the world's most recognizable brands. Your expertise in data-driven storytelling and strategic influence will shape ideas that deliver exceptional results.
In this role, you'll proactively collaborate with Ad Sales, Sponsorships, Creative, and Product teams to understand Amazon's full creative potential. You'll develop deep client expertise across your dedicated portfolio and connect the dots to ensure both Amazon customers and advertising clients see a clear, holistic picture of their creative opportunities across our global platform.
Operating as an individual contributor, you'll partner closely with multiple peer leaders and their teams to pitch and deliver impactful, effective ideas, motivating cross-functional teams to execute against your strategic vision.

Creative Leadership: You'll lead strategic creative development sessions, guide teams through innovative program design, and champion breakthrough ideas from concept to execution
