Hybrid working: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

You’ll lead a passionate team of content managers, collaborate with creative minds across the globe, and ensure that our storytelling remains as exceptional as the pets we serve.
This role is based at our vibrant Aimargues campus, where you’ll enjoy the energy of our multicultural community and the company of over 100 dogs onsite.
What will be your key responsibilities?Lead Content Excellence:Champion innovative content production, exploring new formats and technologies to keep Royal Canin at the forefront of industry trends.Ensure Consistency:
Set and uphold high standards for messaging, tone, and visual identity across all content, supporting teams to deliver impactful stories.Collaborate Across Functions:
Work closely with Brand and Design Strategy teams to translate our strategic vision into content that resonates with our audiences.Drive Social Relevance:
Partner with regional and local teams to ensure our content is relevant and engaging for pet owners everywhere, and help shape our approach to user-generated content.Measure & Optimize:
Use analytics to monitor performance, gather insights, and continuously improve our content strategies.Empower Teams:
Identify skills gaps and organize training to elevate our content community, with a focus on new tools and AI.Expand Our Impact:
Develop content for both pet owners and professionals, defining new capabilities and operating models for B2B audiences.Manage Agency Partnerships:
Build strong relationships with agency partners, oversee contracts, budgets, and ensure the highest quality in every deliverable.Own the Process:
Oversee the end-to-end content production process, from ideation to publication, ensuring efficiency, agility, and excellence.What are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or related field (Master’s preferred)Proven leadership experience managing diverse, cross-functional teamsStrong creative vision and deep understanding of content trends and storytellingExcellent communication and presentation skillsAnalytical mindset with experience using metrics to drive improvementAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentSolid background in content production, marketing, or related fields, with a track record of managing large-scale initiativesProficiency with production tools and digital content management; experience in video and graphic design is a plusTeam management experience is an advantageFluency in English is requiredWhat can you expect from Mars?
You will work in a multicultural environment (more than 40 nationalities) and where your dog will be welcomed by more than 100 other Associates’ dogs at the office!
You will work in a unique campus, which gathers more than 800 Associates working for: the international HQ, the French subsidiary, two laboratories, a kennel and a cattery with more than 200 cats & dogs, and finally the most important factory of the Royal Canin group
