Global Content Enablement Specialist - GLOBAL PROCUREMENT - Decatur, IL OR Chicago, IL OR Erlanger, KY (On-Site)
POSITION SUMMARY
The Global Procurement Operations & Transformation team seeks a highly motivated Global Content Enablement Specialist. This key role supports standardized content enablement activities, including catalog creation, Coupa system administration (as part of the super user group), Maximo contract creation, leading Maximo system upgrades, and other related initiatives.
RESPONSIILITIES
Responsibilities associated with this role can be divided into 3 broad categories.
Coupa Content EnablementServe as the primary liaison for enabling content through hosted and punchout catalogs on Coupa.Resolve supplier queries and internal support requests to ensure smooth catalog rollout and usage.SME on Cxml integrations for Orders & Invoices. Train GBS and lead CxMl integrations with select suppliers to optimize the order cycle.Maintain content grouping structures in Coupa to ensure information visibility on a need-to-know basis.Document content enablement processes and train other teams to balance resources.Drive global catalog adoption, ensuring high levels of technology utilization.Collaborate with category management teams worldwide to deliver best-in-class content enablement support for internal stakeholders and suppliers.Maximo SystemCreate transactional contracts in Maximo to support touchless re-order processes for ADM inventory spare parts and certain chemicals.Partner with extended teams to upgrade ADM’s Maximo instance, supporting deployment, UAT, and change management.Document processes and train internal teams to provide backup for content enablement activities.Spend Approval LimitsGenerate spend approval matrices using Excel/Power BI and enable updates in downstream P2P systems such as Coupa and Maximo.Document and transition the spend limits process to Global Technology.Serve as the single point of contact for stakeholders seeking assistance with spend limits.Contract Implementation Support:Partner with warehouse stakeholders, category and site purchasing colleagues to implement MRO contracts including change mgmt., maintaining items thru their lifecycle including phase in, phase out,Apart from the responsibilities outlined above, the incumbent is also expected to support additional enablement activities and opportunities as they arise.
SKILLS & ABILITIESStrong technology acumen with proficiency in Maximo, Coupa, and MS Excel; experience with MS Power BI and databases is a plus.Collaborative team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize, self-manage, and focus on performance excellence.Fluent in English.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology and/or Purchasing or Supply Chain experience required5+ years in Procurement and/or exposure focused on content enablement activities on Maximo, Coupa, Ariba or equivalent platforms.Preferred Experience in Food/ Agri-business industryExcited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed?
