The investment solutions are designed to meet the unique return and risk objectives of clients in over 60 countries. These solutions are based on proprietary research and a collaborative culture that promotes independent thought and constructive debate. The company is seeking a Content and Campaign Manager to join its Global Marketing team. This role involves developing global content strategies that align with broader commercial priorities and managing promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion among target audiences (Institutional and Wealth). The position requires strategic thinking, a collaborative nature, and a solid understanding of digital marketing, content management, and campaign oversight. Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is preferred. Contract period: 7/7/25 - 7/3/26 Pay rate: $44 - $55/hr. Location: Boston, MA Hybrid - 4 days a week in office **Duties & Responsibilities** + Collaborate with the editorial team to design content plans for thought leadership and macro/market insights, including annual outlooks, video series, and podcasts. + Oversee content creation for various platforms, including websites, social media, email marketing, paid media, and more. + Plan and execute global paid marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement with the client's content. + Work with marketing and digital colleagues to ensure the content pipeline aligns with overall marketing strategies and business priorities. + Analyze campaign and content performance to assess effectiveness and identify data-driven optimizations. + Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure content and campaigns are timely, innovative, and effective **Skills & Qualifications** + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. + Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and paid advertising tactics, including display, programmatic, sponsored content, and PPC media. + Content creation, that include websites, social media, email marketing etc. + Ability to assist in managing external partners (PR Firms, agencies etc.) **Education & Experience** + Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising, Communications, or a related field. + 3-5 years of progressive experience in media buying/planning, content strategy, or brand marketing. + Experience in project management and campaign development. + Experience with paid media, Adobe Analytics, project management tools and campaign development a must. + Experience within financial services or other regulated industries highly preferred. + Adobe Workfront experience preferred. **To Apply** Use the link at the bottom of this page to apply.
