Global Compliance Screening Manager

We’re looking for a Global Compliance Screening Manager to join our Global Trade & Customs Compliance organization — a role where you’ll shape global standards, drive operational excellence, and make a real impact on how we manage compliance across borders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of talented analysts delivering top-tier denied party screening, due diligence, and controlled goods services across regions. Provide hands-on leadership and act as the go-to expert for complex escalations. Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely compliance screenings that meet global SLAs. Drive process improvement, automation, and innovation, balancing efficiency with regulatory rigor. Collaborate with global stakeholders to align compliance strategy with business needs. Report on key risk trends and performance metrics to senior leadership. Mentor your team and foster continuous learning and operational excellence.

Requirements:

Higher education (Bachelor's or above) Proven experience leading teams and managing performance Deep understanding of trade compliance and sanctions screening Strategic and operational mindset with a passion for improvement Excellent communication, influencing, and analytical skills Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus)
