This leader will own and orchestrate the strategic capability pillars of Commercial Processes and Enabling Technologies, Commercial Learning and Development, and Commercial Organizational Effectiveness, driving profitable growth and competitive advantage. This position will be available in **Wilmington, DE** and report directly to the **Chief Enterprise Enablement Officer.** We are looking for a leader who can drive organizational change effectively, overcoming resistance and ensuring buy-in, championing change, and inspiring adoption of new ways of working. The ideal candidate is passionate about investing in growth of commercial talent, both building capabilities within the COE and across the broader commercial organization. This role will foster a collaborative environment and build strong relationships with key commercial and enterprise functional leaders across the organization to drive results, ensure accountability and achieve pillar goals. **The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:** + Develop and implement a multi-year pillar strategy aligned across the three strategic pillars (Commercial Processes & Enabling Technologies, Commercial Learning & Development, Commercial Organizational Effectiveness) + Establish mechanisms for identifying, documenting, and propagating commercial best practices across regions and business units. + Conduct comprehensive assessments of commercial processes with business unit leaders and establish collaboration networks across all regions to identify scalable commercial process improvements, set best practices and align COE initiatives with overall goals across Chemours, and prioritize areas for improvement based on their potential impact. + Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new commercial processes, technologies, and organizational changes. + Lead the design, implementation, execution and governance process for a robust commercial application pipeline that enable sales growth, customer engagement, and market responsiveness working with the APM business. + Develop and deploy training programs; provide comprehensive training and development opportunities to build commercial capability across the organization. + Monitor and measure performance; establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress toward commercial goals. + Communicate results and successes; share success stories and lessons learned to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. + Lead initiatives to optimize commercial organization, roles and responsibilities to improve agility, collaboration, and market responsiveness. **The following is** **_required_** **for this role:** + Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience + 15 years of progressive commercial leadership experience + Proven track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives across multiple business units and regions. + Demonstrated success in commercial process optimization, performance measurement (KPIs), and capability building. + Deep Commercial Domain Expertise including B2B commercial operations, marketing strategies, customer lifecycle management. + Strong networker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across various levels of the organization. + Proficiency with enabling technologies and digital tools that support commercial operations. + Strong Project Management and Change Management Skills + Willingness to travel as needed. **The following is** **_preferred_** **for this role:** + Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience + Demonstrated success in delivering sustainable commercial performance improvements across multiple regions. **Benefits:** Competitive Compensation Comprehensive Benefits Packages 401(k) Match Employee Stock Purchase Program Tuition Reimbursement Commuter Benefits Learning and Development Opportunities Strong Inclusion and Diversity Initiatives Company-paid Volunteer Day We’re a different kind of chemistry company because we see our people as our biggest assets.
