Thales is hiring Global Channel Marketing Programs Manager is a strategic program leader responsible for designing, scaling, and operationalizing global channel marketing programs that drive partner engagement, readiness, and pipeline growth. This role owns a portfolio of global programs, including flagship partner events, enablement initiatives, and campaign-based activation programs, ensuring they are repeatable, measurable, and executable across regions.


This is not a pure execution role. The candidate is a strategic, critical thinker with strong business judgment who can assess complex inputs, provide clear direction, and translate strategy into scalable global programs. The role centralizes global program design through Program Kits / Playbooks, enabling regional teams to execute locally with consistency while maintaining flexibility for market needs.


The manager works cross-functionally with Channel & Regional Sales, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Demand Generation, Alliances, and regional marketing teams to ensure programs align to global priorities, portfolio focus areas, and revenue objectives.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Act as a global program strategist, defining vision, objectives, KPIs, and operating models

Design and scale global channel marketing programs, including events, enablement, and partner activation

Lead flagship partner events as part of an integrated program motion

Build Global Program Kits and Playbooks to enable regional execution

Establish governance, stage-gates, and RACI models.

Enable regional teams through training, best-practice sharing, and readiness reviews

Align cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Enablement, Demand Gen, Alliances, and Finance

Define KPIs, dashboards, reporting, and optimization loops.

Manage budget forecasting and MDF/co-op governance

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent work experience

10+ years in channel marketing, partner marketing, or global program leadership.

Strategic program leader

Strategic operator with strong critical-thinking skills

Strategic problem solver with strong business acumen

Global program strategist

Independent, strategic thinker who can translate ambiguity into action

Proven success scaling global programs with measurable impact

Experience with executive-level partner engagement and events

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between

Total Target Cash (TTC) 122,158.00 - 217,823.00 USD Annual

This reflects how companies in a similar industry and geographic region generally pay for similar jobs. This range helps the Company make pay decisions as one data point among many. Where a position falls within this range is also dependent on other factors including – but not limited to – the employee’s career path history, competencies, skills and performance, as well as the company’s annual salary budget, the customer’s program requirements, and the company’s internal equity.
