Global Campaign Manager

**Purpose:**
This is an exciting opportunity for a proven marketing expert to showcase their skills across the full marketing mix, helping build and bring to life the Pearson English Language value proposition both internally and externally. This role will support the English Language Learning division to build its brand through developing and executing world leading marketing strategies for its key customer groups. Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing, you will use your creative, communication and organisational skills to develop and execute marketing campaigns to engage our B2B audiences for our portfolio of English Assessments including our flagship test – PTE.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing expert to expand their skills set and help build and bring to life the Pearson English Language value proposition both internally and externally.
**Key Accountabilities:**
+ Lead the creation and execution of full funnel marketing campaigns aimed at our B2B stakeholders for our English assessments' portfolio.
+ Work with our internal and external experts to create content which engages and resonates with these important stakeholders.
+ Connect and collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams to ensure globally led campaigns are rolled out across all markets.
+ Lead our B2B English Assessment content marketing strategy to support our three core pillars – secure, accurate and trusted.
+ Develop and execute a multi-channel strategy to reach and engage our B2B stakeholders.
+ Execute day-to-day tasks including: creating and designing marketing channel highlights, digital materials, email journeys, power-point presentations, webinars and events
+ Build close working relationships with internal stakeholders including regional marketing, product, sales, research, technology and legal.
+ Continue to roll out best in class marketing campaigns to increase market share for our test taker portfolio and help us achieve ambitious growth plans.

**Candidate Profile:**
**Competencies**
+ You have great passion for building brands and developing innovative campaigns and activations, and will have proven marketing experience in brand planning, campaign management and customer insights along with solid digital and social experience.
+ Excellent creative and copywriting skills
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient across in Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint with the ability to produce professional and high quality presentations
+ Demonstrates strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
+ Global Perspective – You will ideally have experience operating in a global environment and are able to demonstrate international cultural agility
+ Excellent relationship builder with both internal and external teams
+ Enthusiastic, passionate, and creative; thrives on thinking outside of the box Action-oriented with a “roll up your sleeves approach”.
+ Evident fluency in English Language, being confident in speaking, reading and writing communication.
**Education, Qualifications & Training**
+ Educated to degree level or equivalent, you may also benefit from holding a professional Marketing qualification
+ 3+ years experience of leading key workstreams and projects within marketing.
