ABOUT ROLE
We are seeking a talented, motivated Campaign Manager to lead global partner marketing campaigns for third party partnerships to distribute Amazon Prime/Prime Vide. This role will be instrumental in campaign planning, development and execution process to enable scalable campaign toolkits and Go-Big campaigns via partners. They will be own stakeholder relationships across Prime/Prime Video teams to achieve high impact content access, enablement and strategy. This role will be responsible for global campaign impact goals by expanding accessibility for partners and by improving output. They will also be crucial in providing inputs into the strategy for creative automation. This is a highly cross-functional role where you will have to partner with and influence global stakeholder groups across growth, marketing, content operations teams within Fuse, Prime and Prime Video. This role will be crucial in creating repeatable, scalable programs that empower internal marketing teams to execute effective campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a thirst for driving measurable campaigns by earning trust across stakeholders to amplify inputs for regional teams. They will know how to create business impact with scalable Go-To-Market toolkits, and report impact to leadership.
To be successful you’ll need to be a strong communicator who can earn trust with key stakeholders across multiple teams and locales. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and complex challenges, and are willing to work autonomously, handling multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritizing accordingly to contribute to ambitious growth plans. You should also be able to influence without direct authority and excel in operational execution with strong problem-solving skills.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute global marketing strategies for global PV content, Sports, and key shopping events via 3P distribution channels.
- Collaborate with regional teams to localize campaigns while maintaining global brand consistency.
- Manage relationships with global and regional stakeholders, ensuring timely access for content promotions for all licensed and non-licensed content.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Work closely with content, product, and analytics teams to identify key titles and features for promotion.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of assets and approvals.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively across multiple markets and partners.
- Provide strategic inputs for marketing automation
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
- MBA

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
