The PositionAs a Global Business Process Specialist for Financial Analytics, Reporting and Planning you are part of the Global Business Process Management Organization in Roche Services & Solutions.
Roche is running an enterprise-wide business transformation program (Aspire) that will harmonize all core end-to-end processes across the Roche enterprise and enable their execution from one standardized IT system template. In this role, you will govern deployments of financial analytics and reporting solutions of the Aspire Global Template to the affiliates. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the continuous global harmonization, standardization, governance and maintenance of our reporting and analytical solutions. You will work in close collaboration with representatives from various business functions from Finance, Commercials, Supply Chain and IT, cross divisionally (Pharma and Diagnostics).
The Opportunity
Focus on delivering the Aspire Global Template for ARP to Roche Group legal entities and support global business acceptance of these solutions.
Collaborate closely with the E2E Global Business Process Managers (GBPMs) and Global Business Process Specialists (GBPS) network to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose and manage any identified gaps.
Take responsibility for prioritizing, justifying, and implementing change requests related to ARP, adhering to established guardrails and ensuring proper documentation according to Aspire Methodology.
Facilitate Fit-to-Template workshops with affiliate organizations.
Conduct training sessions for relevant stakeholders.
Support and/or lead System Acceptance Testing (SAT) and Deployment End-to-End (DET) testing phases.
Provide support during the hypercare phase post go-live, manage incidents, and work closely with various stakeholders including IT, eCOE, GCX, and RSS Ops.
Who you are
Possess a business degree or financial education with 4-5 years of work experience in financial analytics, reporting, and/or planning, coupled with international or global/corporate project experience, preferably in transformational initiatives and cross-functional teams.
Demonstrate knowledge of SAP FI & CO and/or S4/HANA, along with sound proficiency in analytical tools such as BW, SAP Analytic Cloud, Tableau, or Analysis for Office.
Exhibit strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and define business requirements effectively.
Proven team player with the ability to influence, foster collaborative relationships, meet deadlines, achieve objectives, and lead/work effectively in multicultural teams, demonstrating a hands-on, self-motivated approach.
Maintain excellent written and verbal English communication skills, a pleasant demeanor in challenging situations, and strong self-organization and prioritization abilities; experience in Agile Project Methodologies is an asset.
