In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving growth by identifying and nurturing strategic customer relationships specifically with high-growth customers originating from China who are expanding overseas. You'll collaborate with regional teams to uncover new opportunities and develop innovative solutions that position DHL as a key supply chain partner in these markets. Your key accountabilities include:

\n\nIdentify key customer contacts within high-growth companies expanding from China and develop strong relationships to understand their strategies while effectively promoting DHL's capabilities.\nHunt for outbound opportunities aligned with the priorities of these customers and support pipeline development in collaboration with local teams.\nDrive proposal presentations and assist in solution development tailored to meet the needs of these customers, ensuring a seamless implementation of new opportunities.\nMaintain and nurture accounts through regular global meetings, fostering strategic partnerships with top management of high-growth firms.\nContribute to sector communities by participating in events and sharing insights on market trends, enhancing DHL's presence and reputation in the industry.\n\n

What are we looking for from you?

\n\nProven track record in complex global environments (DHL or equivalent industries).\nProject management and sales experience with strong business acumen.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills in customer-facing roles.\nProficient in Mandarin and English.\n\n
