As part of the Flexible Pipe Systems Offshore team based in Newcastle UK, you will be joining an established business and team with expertise in pipe design, manufacturing, and installation. This unique combination allows our customers to increase production and asset integrity whilst reducing the overall costs associated with a pipeline system.

As a Global Business Change / Productivity Leader, you will lead a cross functional team to deliver on all productivity program(s) within the time and budget per the annual plan (AP) - maximizing efficiencies and minimizing losses, driving sustainable margin expansion. Participates and leads discussions about productivity and profitability. Bringing digital opportunities to fruition through partnering seamlessly with business partners and other product lines, translating opportunity into reality (e.g. Technical Specifications, CPQ and RPA)
As a Global Business Change / Productivity Leader, you will be responsible for:
Collaborating with senior management to understand business goals and align analytical efforts to support strategic initiatives that drive business profitability.
Manage and deliver a portfolio of business improvement projects that drive business profitability.
Lead a team of productivity project managers to deliver projects on-time and on-budget.
Facilitating discussions with stakeholders to prioritize projects, build business requirements, ensuring that all perspectives are considered.
Analysing complex datasets to derive actionable insights, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
Evaluating existing business processes and identifying areas for enhancement, promoting efficiency, effectiveness, and cost reduction.
Working closely with various departments such as Operations, Sourcing, Finance, IT, ensuring that business needs are effectively communicated and addressed in project initiatives.
Assisting in project planning and execution, providing business analysis expertise to ensure that projects deliver value on time and within scope.
Guiding teams in managing change, providing stakeholder communication, and ensuring that end-users are prepared and trained for new processes or systems.
Providing guidance and leadership to junior analysts / project managers, fostering their development and ensuring adherence to best practices in business analysis.
Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure ongoing alignment between business objectives and analytical support.
Preparing and presenting reports to senior management, summarizing findings, recommendations, and progress on business initiatives
Deliver AP productivity target set prior to year start to improve business profitability.
Manage OPEX budget to deliver initiative program identified year prior for team targets.
Develop AP for following year, involves working cross functionally to obtain their inputs to AP based on latest S&OP. Provide detailed plan to support high level target which can be used throughout year to show progress.
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or the Sciences. Previous experience in an energy sector will be beneficial.
Have strong experience or qualification in Finance / Managing financials.
Experience in productivity/ product management/ project management at an enterprise level.
Have the technical ability to analyze and apply creative problem-solving skills to bugs and problems uncovered.
Have a good organizational awareness and ability to work with stakeholders across functions, locations, disciplines and possess a customer service mindset.
Have a strong process orientation and drive, and ability to drive change across business in the face of challenging priorities.
Experience collaborating and communicating with multiple layers of management within both the corporate and business unit environment.
Have effective written and verbal communication skills, tailored towards a wide range of audiences.
Have enthusiasm towards creative problem solving and solution delivery.
