About the Team:

We are looking for a new colleague to our Brand Strategy & Governance Team. Key purpose is to create and execute consistent and high-quality Brand Strategy, positioning & messaging for brands of ZF Aftermarket.

 

What you can look forward to as Global Brand Strategy Specialist:

Brand Strategy: Development, implementation and maintenance of brand strategies. Define where we should play and how we can win across all Business lines and regions. Identify target audiences and tailor strategies to resonate globally while allowing for local adaptation. Work with local marketing and sales team to translate global brand strategy for local preferences, Market Research and Insights: Analyze trends, competitive landscapes. Deliver data and analysis for more cohesive brand strategy aproach in collaboration with Marketing Intelligence, Brand Identity Management: Ensure consistency in how the brands are represented across all touchpoints and regions (marketing materials, packaging, online presence), Measure, optimize & drive brand evolution & evaluation: Define KPIs to track brand activities, such as market share growth, brand awareness, customer loyalty. Monitor results and assess performance to share synergies, leverage learning and drive scaling across countries & BLs to improve our brand value & positioning, Marketing efficiency & Marketing ROI. Test new technologies, solutions, Comply: Ensure deployment of consistent market positioning and messaging across the globe, Budget Control: Budget management for brands, Cross-Functional Synergy with Brand Foundation. As both teams share a common objective of maintaining, enhancing the brands value and positioning. Collaboration for the sharing insights.

 

Your profile as Global Brand Strategy Specialist:

University degree in Marketing or several years proven experience, B2B experience will be a plus, Skilled in developing & executing Marketing brand strategies, Customer-centric attitude based on outside-in perspective and strong understanding of market and customers, Experience in cross-functional project management, in applying agile working methods, Excellent ability to influence without authority, Advanced stakeholder management skill, Experience in critical thinking and ability to create insights from data and strategi recommendations from insights.
