Category Management team members interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that Category Strategies represent the full potential value for the company, maintain key supplier relationships, and provide guidance to Category Execution teams managing global, regional, and local sourcing events. Your roll will develop, support, and implement category strategies for Brake commodities to optimize cost, quality, resilience and supplier performance. Conduct supplier evaluations and develop strategies to secure competitive pricing, quality, delivery, and mitigate risk. Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise. Support the Brake Team in training and development, data organization, process improvements, and benchmarking initiatives.  Accountable to work closely with others to meet deadlines with excellence; drive others to deliver required materials on time and with quality.
