We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Global Insurance Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end outsourcing operations for our global clients. This role will serve as a key liaison between clients, our team, and Aon’s local teams worldwide, ensuring seamless support for policy reporting, renewals, and resolution of all operational issues. Strong English proficiency, insurance operations experience, and excellent communication skills are critical to success.

What the day will look like
+ Manage daily outsourcing operations for global insurance clients, including processing policy documentation, tracking coverage details, and ensuring compliance with client requirements.
+ Coordinate closely with Aon’s local teams across regions to facilitate timely local reporting, policy renewals, and address region-specific operational needs.
+ Act as the primary point of contact for clients via instant messaging, email, and other communication tools, providing prompt responses to inquiries and resolving operational issues (e.g., policy adjustments, documentation errors, renewal delays).
+ Ensure accuracy in all client-related data and documentation, maintaining meticulous records of interactions, processes, and resolutions.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows, identify bottlenecks in operations, and propose solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
+ Support clients through the renewal cycle, proactively following up with Aon local teams to ensure deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ Proven experience in insurance operations with more than 3 years working experience (e.g., policy administration, renewals, client support), with familiarity in global insurance processes preferred.
+ Fluent in English (both written and verbal) to effectively communicate with international clients and Aon’s global teams.
+ Proficiency in using instant messaging and social communication tools (e.g., WhatsApp, Teams, Slack) for real-time client and team coordination.
+ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
+ Strong patience and customer service mindset, with a track record of resolving complex operational issues efficiently.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and adapt to varying client needs.
