What You'll Do
As a Global Benefits Manager, you will support the delivery and continuous improvement of BCG’s employee benefits programs across the world. This role focuses on the operational and analytical aspects of Health, Life, Disability, and Business Travel Accident benefits. You will play a key role in ensuring plan effectiveness, compliance, and value, while contributing to the Global Benefits Centre of Expertise (COE)'s strategy through data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and process enhancement.
You will work closely with other members of the COE, and collaborate with BCG HR, Finance, Procurement teams, and external vendors to ensure delivery of compliant, cost-effective, and employee-centric benefits solutions.

What You'll Bring
6+ years of relevant experience in benefits management, broking, or consulting, ideally in a multinational or matrixed environment. Working knowledge of employee benefits regulations and insurance market practices across the world. Experience with data analysis and reporting in Excel; comfortable in presenting findings in PowerPoint. Exposure to digital benefits platforms and an interest in technology-enabled solutions. Proficiency in a second language is a plus.Who You'll Work With
The Global Benefits COE team to support more senior COE team members, contribute insights and drive shared goals. Benefits brokers and vendors to coordinate plan updates and issue resolution.
