Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a NY-based vice president to lead US Rates electronic product management in partnership with sales, trading and engineering. This role requires an entrepreneurial disposition, the ability to lead multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously, and the ability to work collaboratively with numerous stakeholders across the firm. Candidates must have existing familiarity with the US Rates market structure landscape – trading & markets technologies, market participants and regulatory.
Responsibilities:
Drive and articulate product strategy and promote it with sales, trading and clientsDrive revenue and market share opportunities across electronic channels – multi-dealer and single-dealerCollaborate with sales, trading and engineering partners to prioritize, develop and drive adoption for client solutionsAnalyze revenue drivers, market share gaps and client behavior to recommend product enhancements Champion initiatives to improve hit ratios, reduce operational inefficiencies, and/or accelerate new product onboardingGather client feedback, understand market structure changes and identify new electronic opportunitiesDevelop enhanced internal reporting and automation tools and analytics to inform pricing and risk decisionsDeepen client connectivity through market structure engagement: bilateral engagement with key clients and broad-based content distribution
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate the following:
6+ years of working experience in rates sales or tradingTrack record of thinking strategically, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritizing effectivelyProven track record of delivering multi-stakeholder projects in a global markets environment Analytical and strong data skillsGenuine interest in technology and markets, and exhibits intellectual curiosityStrong interpersonal skills, collaborative and team orientedExceptional communication skills – verbal and writtenSalary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $150000-$300000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
