FICC SMM is a cross-asset systematic market making business covering FX, commodities, interest rates, and credit. As a forefront player in automated trading, we adeptly manage both financial and operational risks to drive success. We are seeking a highly motivated junior professional in Hong Kong or Tokyo to focus on rates trading and to enhance our e-trading operations.
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in advancing our quoting and pricing logics, trading and risk management frameworks, trading signals research and development of market-making strategies. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client franchise within the region, working closely with our Trading and Sales teams to deliver exceptional value and service.

Principal Responsibilities
Develop real-time algorithms to improve our price discovery mechanism for the bond yield curve.Enhance our quoting and hedging approach to better serve our clients and capture profit.Research on market making and systematic trading strategies to interest rate products. Closely partner with yen rates trading and sales team to expand our franchise.
Experience/Skills
