Global Advocacy & Policy Lead
Job Description Lead global advocacy and policy initiatives to strengthen health systems, promote patient-centered care, and advance research-driven improvements. Focus on elevating pediatric cancer and non-communicable diseases (NCDs) in the global health agenda. Develop and execute advocacy and policy strategies targeting governments, multilateral agencies, and global health stakeholders. Represent the organization in international forums and build partnerships with UN agencies, NGOs, academia, and private sector. Support participation in major global health events (WHA, UNGA, WHS, G20). Prepare policy briefs, position statements, and advocacy materials. Monitor global health trends and identify opportunities for thought leadership. Collaborate across regions to ensure alignment and coordinated action. Foster partnerships and support resource mobilization. Advanced degree in Public Health, Health Policy, or related field. 8+ years of experience in global health advocacy or policy. Strong knowledge of global health governance and pediatric health issues. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel internationally.
