ROLE SUMMARY
The Global Accounts Manager (GAM) is responsible for owning multi-year, multi-stakeholder relationships with strategic global customers across the packaging value chain, focused on Esko Digital Flexo Solutions. This role integrates strategic planning, value-based selling, technical orchestration, commercial governance, and customer success to drive standardization, adoption, and measurable business outcomes across global sites.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Global Account Strategy & Governance
Own the multi-year global account plan.Lead quarterly global governance with customer executives.Maintain multi-level executive, operational, and technical relationships.Align global strategy with regional sales execution.Outcome-Based & Ecosystem Selling
Lead value engineering and outcome-based selling motions.Build ROI/TCO business cases tied to operational KPIs.Integrate Esko Flexo hardware, software, services, and partner ecosystem solutions.Commercial & Financial Management
Negotiate global commercial frameworks and MSAs.Drive pipeline, bookings, ARR/renewals, and multi-year revenue growth.Manage deal economics including margin health and discount discipline.Technical Orchestration & Standardization
Coordinate technical discovery, trials, and validations.Lead global standardization programs and harmonized processes.Partner with Services for deployment and training.Competitive Strategy & Risk Management
Build competitive displacement and defense strategies.Monitor risk factors including contract cliffs and leadership changes.Internal Leadership & Collaboration
Lead collaborative account support activities across regions.Provide voice of customer insights.Support forecast calls, deal reviews, and QBRs.Data, Systems & Reporting
Maintain reporting in Salesforce.Use analytics for adoption/value tracking.Ensure documentation integrity.QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
7–10+ years strategic selling experience.Experience selling complex hardware + software + services solutions.Strong understanding of packaging processes and workflows, Flexo experience a plus.Proven ability to negotiate global commercial frameworks.Experience leading collaborative account support activities across regions.Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft 365.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.Preferred:
Experience with packaging converters, prepress, or CPG supply chains.Familiarity with sustainability outcomes.MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN selling experience.KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $120,000 - $130,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Commission Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
