**Job Title: Lead Glazer** Job Description Join a distinguished commercial glazing company specializing in manufacturing and glass work. Our projects range from storefronts and windows to curtain wall systems, including notable endeavors like the Mission Ballroom concert venue and the Bioscience Building. Responsibilities + Supervise installation of glass with crews ranging from 2-5 members. + Prepare frames, anchors, and other components for installation. + Utilize blueprints to guide the completion of projects. + Select and operate appropriate manipulators such as forklifts for the job. + Perform caulking and cleaning tasks as needed. + Lead and manage on-site teams effectively. Essential Skills + Minimum of 5 years of experience in glazing. + Proficiency in carpentry and glazing. + Mechanical aptitude and ability to read a tape measure. + Experience in leading and managing crews of 2 or more. + Ability to read blueprints and layout teams.
