**Job Title: Assembler - Day Shift** **Entry Level Position** **Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5pm +OT as needed** **$17.53/hr** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated and skilled Assemblers (Operators) for our day shift to perform general manufacturing and mechanical assembly of various parts. This role involves working in a production environment, utilizing hand tools, and following detailed assembly instructions to complete tasks effectively. **Responsibilities** + Perform general manufacturing and mechanical assembly of parts, including saddlebags, handle bars, inner fairings, mirrors, and wheel/tires. + Utilize RF Scan guns to scan products throughout the assembly process. + Follow assembly instructions and perform repetitious tasks accurately. + Be willing to work mandatory shift extensions or overtime as needed, including up to two hours after the day shift or on scheduled days off. **Essential Skills** + Experience with hand tools and performing light assembly work. + Ability to use RF Scan guns for product scanning. + Comfortable working in a production environment and performing repetitious tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required. + Willingness to stand for up to 10 hours or more during the workday. + Ability to be cross-trained in various assembly tasks. **Why Work Here?** We prioritize internal promotions and offer significant opportunities for career advancement. The facility is not climate-controlled, with fans available during warm summers and cooler conditions near dock doors in winter. This union environment requires candidates to pay union dues. Safety is a priority; safety glasses are provided, and open-toed shoes are prohibited. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.53 - $17.53/hr.
