We are looking forward to a **GL Accountant, Reporting** in **Suzhou.** In Eaton, making our work exciting, engaging, meaningful; ensuring safety, health, wellness; and being a model of inclusion & diversity are already embedded in who we are - it’s in our values, part of our vision, and our clearly defined aspirational goals. **What you’ll do:** + Prepare and deliver daily/weekly sales flash reports to support business visibility and decision-making. + Lead month-end closing activities, including sales and COGS reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. + Manage daily price quotations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support commercial operations. + Consolidate and analyze reporting packages from plant and division levels, driving insights and consistency. + Support process transitions and documentation, contributing to operational standardization. + Assist with internal/external audits, annual filings, and certificate updates. + Own and maintain GL-related controls and monthly account analysis. + Participate in other projects and assignments as needed to support the goals of the team. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting or related subjects + 3-5 years of accounting experience + Proficient in MS office and accounting software + Good communication in oral and written English + Prefer to have project management or process transition experience + A good team player with a positive outlook and can work under pressure + The ability to work independently with minimum supervision, a self-starter + Willing to undertake the team’s responsibility, result orientation + Active commutation with customers to achieve win-win, logical thinking and explanation **Yes!
