Join us. **Job Description** AECOM’s Melbourne GIS team is looking for a motivated spatial systems professional to support a wide range of projects across the business. This role suits someone who enjoys hands on technical work, problem solving, and collaborating with people from different disciplines. You’ll contribute to meaningful infrastructure and environmental projects while being part of a global organisation with strong local expertise. **How you’ll make a difference** + 2 to 5 years of professional experience in GIS, spatial science or a related field + Interest or experience applying GIS in infrastructure, environmental approvals, ecology, earth science or environmental science + Support the use and improvement of enterprise GIS platforms and spatial databases + Assist with field data capture tools, including mobile data collection and data QA + Provide day to day GIS support to project teams, including troubleshooting and advice + Strong attention to detail and a focus on producing high quality, fit for purpose outputs + Ability to manage your own workload and deliver to agreed timeframes + Comfortable working in a fast paced, multidisciplinary consulting environment + Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with others **Qualifications** **The qualities that help you thrive** The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role.
