Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Route Optimisation & Planning Analyst to support our European operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the long-term success of transformation initiatives by maintaining and improving route planning, scheduling, and geospatial data across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will work closely with Operations, Sales, and Customer Service teams to drive efficiency and support strategic rollout plans.
Key Accountabilities
Collaborate with Operations and Sales Managers to optimise planning across European markets, ensuring transformation gains are sustained.
Manage day-to-day rezoning and rerouting requests with speed and accuracy.
Support Customer Services teams in administering rollout schedules for large accounts.
Maintain up-to-date country portfolios through ongoing geocoding and support ad hoc project needs.
Own and facilitate planning sessions with Operations and Sales to continuously improve workload efficiency.
Experience & Skills Required
2–3 years of experience with GIS or equivalent route optimisation software, with a strong preference for experience using the ESRI suite (e.g., ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and Network Analyst).
Demonstrated proficiency in geocoding tools and techniques.
Highly analytical with the ability to manage and interpret large datasets using analytical platforms (Python will be added advantage) and Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI for creating reports and dashboards and Power Automate for automating workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently with District and Sales Managers to plan, schedule, and adjust team workloads and customer leads.
Fluent in English and French.
Additional Information
While the role is remote, candidates must be based in the UK, France, Spain, or Germany to enable face-to-face team meetings and alignment with local working patterns.
Occasional travel may be required for team workshops or planning sessions.
