About the Role:

Design the whole wovens and jersey dresses range for girlswear, with a focus on high-quality, trend-led basics. Respond quickly to briefs, producing fast-turnaround designs as needed. Research trends and translate them into elevated, customer-relevant products. Work within price point guidelines while maintaining quality and style. Collaborate with buyers, sourcing teams, and suppliers to deliver on time and to specifications. Support project-based collections as well as core line development.

About you:

Experience & knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator is essential for this role. Having strong team work and people skills is a must as well as experience working with factories and different brands/retailers would be an advantage. Must have experience of working for a similar sized Retailer or Supplier background.
