Assist as primary finance business partner the Grow in China leadership team with all financial targets, analytics, reporting and data models in order to support, influence and drive decision making enabling profitable business growth in China.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities/Objectives
1.    Be the primary finance business partner of the GiC team : 
-    Participate in all reviews, meetings, workshops and events that pertain to GiC.
-    Connect & network with other teams across TE to facilitate knowledge sharing with the GiC team.
2.    Report on GiC performance :
-    Follow monthly, quarterly and annual cadence
-    Collect data from various departments and consolidate into Mgt reporting
-    Understand variance vs forecast analytics.
-    Provide executive summary of variance drivers and recommendations to GiC leadership team.
3.    Support Strategic Plan review 
-    Refresh once a year the 5-year base and stretch plan Financial package
4.    Project support from Finance, eg, NPI, Migration projects  
5.    Other work assigned by management if needed

What your background should look like

Key Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:
1.    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance or accounting with 5-6 years’ experience in Manufacturing Plant or Product Management Finance
2.    Good knowledge of office suite
3.    Good Knowledge of SAP system is preferred
4.    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Chinese and English
