GI/Liver Pathologist with General Surgical Sign-Out Oklahoma, OK 

AmeriPath in conjunction with Diagnostics Pathology Services, Inc. is seeking a hospital-based GI/Liver Pathologist to sit in the Oklahoma City, OK area.

Responsibilities: Case work will include liver, pancreas, transplant, routine GI, and AP/CP general surgical sign-out and frozen sections. The selected individual will work in a tertiary care hospital as a part of a team of 6 pathologists and a broader team of 10 pathologists. Willingness to pick up hospital based medical directorship for a small hospital is ideal.


Qualifications: MD or DO degree plus accredited pathology AP/CP residency/fellowship GI/Surgical pathology fellowship preferred Must be board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology Licensed to practice medicine in the state Oklahoma or eligible to obtain licensure Must hold active privileges in a facility where any inpatient work is interpreted
