We make products for the data center, utility, industrial, commercial, machine building, residential, aerospace and mobility markets. **What you’ll do:** This exciting role offers opportunity to: + Provide HR administrative back-office support including HR system on a day-to-day basis and contributing to the long-term development of HR Shared Service functions. + Support the HRS in providing a comprehensive HR service to HR clients, managers, and staff within the organization. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** + Fosters an environment that promotes Eaton’s goals, philosophies, and encourage continuous improvement through participation and teamwork. + Performs and facilitates relevant HRMS entry and data validation for managers, Local HR, employees, and 3rd party vendor. + Maintains data integrity in HRMS and offline trackers for stakeholders’ use. + Keeps employee personal records and information, retrieval, filing and reporting. + Monitors claims status and key actions/information of the claim application until resolution. + Coordination of claims status to stakeholders such as managers, Local HR, employees, and 3rd party vendor. + Handles leave management queries based on SLA. + Contributes to the development of business process documentation and process improvement initiatives. + Drives internal employee engagement activities. + Assists HRS projects and programs as necessary. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree required + Good communication skills - both verbal and written. + Computer literate and able to do simple Excel actions. + Strong attention to details. + With strong analytical and logical thinking. + Must be willing to work on night shift. + Must be willing to work in Sto.
