Joining the Finance Team as a Treasury Executive you will collaborate with the Treasury (TR) activities within the TUI Global Business Services to provide a high level of service and support to the internal customer.

ABOUT THE JOB

Preparation and execution of automatic and manual payments.Bank guarantees, prepayments and no calendar payments.Accounting of banking expenses and commissions.Review and modification of the payment types and bank accounts.Provide assistance to Business Supports’ Treasury needsAssisting the Treasury Team Lead, your role will include executive tasks in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Tasks include: KPI´s report, Payment Monthly Report, as well as supporting and providing Treasury documentation to TGBS team members, addressing complaints and resolving problems under supervision.

ABOUT YOU

University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business advantageous.Written and verbal communication skills in English is advantageous.A methodical, organised approach to the execution of assigned tasks.Proficient in using MS Outlook and strong MS Excel skillsWorking knowledge of SAP advantageousExperience in similar position minimum of 1 year developing Treasury matters
