Aperçu du poste

Vous intervenez en support administratif et opérationnel sur la gestion des affaires. Vous contribuez au bon déroulement des projets en assurant le suivi des dossiers, la conformité administrative et la coordination des informations entre les équipes internes, les sous-traitants et les clients.

Au cours d’une journée type, vous devrez :

Suivi des activités chantier

Participer à l’affectation des affaires

Veiller à la bonne application des process de gestion et de clôture des dossiers

Suivre l’avancement des affaires et des situations chantier

Recenser les réserves émises par le client et en assurer le suivi jusqu’à leur levée

Mettre en forme et accompagner la rédaction des courriers clients

Gestion administrative & documentaire

Réaliser et suivre les documents administratifs liés aux chantiers :

Déclarations de sous-traitance

DC4

DOE (Dossier des Ouvrages Exécutés)

Plans de prévention sécurité (PPS)

Assurer la gestion administrative des sous-traitants :

Cautions bancaires

Agréments

Passage des commandes

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir

Formation & expérience

Formation type BTS en gestion, assistanat ou équivalent

Une première expérience en administration de chantiers ou gestion de dossiers est un plus

Compétences

Bonne maîtrise des process administratifs

Aisance avec les outils bureautiques (Excel, outils de suivi)

Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers en parallèle
