Job Qualifications · Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & German are required · Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree · Proven experience in customer service or consumer care role/handling complaints · Passion for consumer care and a genuine desire to help. · Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. · Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self motivated.
