Position Purpose The Project Manager has the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project. Must have a combination of skills including an ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts. Key among a project manager's duties is the recognition that risk directly impacts the likelihood of success and that this risk must be both formally and informally measured throughout the lifetime of a project. A project manager is responsible for making decisions and provide better recommendations ir order to improve productivity and financial results. Primary Accountabilities + Plans, monitors and manages projects from initiation through completion. + Facilitate the process and tools to the project resources to ensure they count with all the necesarry to complete the task. + Develop the store opening process and project schedule plans. Give the follow up all the activities ensuring the implementation on time and in budget. + Coordinate and monitor the task and activities from the differents deparments related to store sites openings following the schedule defined inside the time and budget + Coordinate communications for the project status, risk and opportunities and escalate opportunely with desision makers any risk or desition to be made. Education & Experience Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent. Area of Study: Business Years of Experience: More than seven years. Type of Experience: Project Management Special Certifications or Technical Skills: PMI or equivalent Other/Preferred: Store operation experience
