Project Planning and Governance (including financial management): SAP Activate methodology 2. Scope and Deliverable Management 3. Team and Resource Management 4. Risk and Quality Management 5. Technical and Environment Management 6. Stakeholder Management and Communication 7. Hypercare Phase and Transition to Support Key Skills: * In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (Finance, Logistics processes, etc.) * Experience in project management (PMI-PMP, Scrum/Agile) * Leadership, negotiation, and executive communication skills * Risk management and financial control capabilities **Required technical and professional expertise** Required: Profile Professional degree. Certifications: Must be certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP). Training PMI-ACP-PMP - Agile Certified Practitioner: focused on agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, XP, and Lean. SAP Activate Project Manager certification. Knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology. Experience At least 5 years of experience leading SAP ERP implementation projects, or Experience performing the same role in the implementation of at least 3 S/4HANA ERP projects and at least 2 other SAP ERP projects. At least one project in which the SAP Activate methodology or a similar implementation methodology was used.
