Purpose of Role: Responsible for sustaining the commercial process with engineering strategies that promote sales growth and market share; leading critical analysis processes for ESCO products that meet customer needs and business objectives. Propose best application of Weir products within mining and construction market and coordinate and execute with division the new product introduction.

Key Responsibilities:
· Propose best application of Weir products within mining and construction market
· Define together with the sales team the product strategy
· Coordinate and execute with division the new product introduction
· Execute and coordinate warranty investigations.
· Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.

· Engineering degree (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Materials, Industrial, or related).

· 7 years of experience in product management in digging machines products. 10+ years of overall experience.
· Experience in mining within pit operations products.

· Proven experience in heavy metal-mechanical industry, cutting tools, or capital goods.

· Knowledge of wear materials.

· Advanced English proficiency

· Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.

· Experience in the Latin American mining market is desirable.
