The Guest Service Manager is responsible to assist the Director of Rooms in managing the guest service department, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Concierge and call center operation and administration.

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 3 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Guest Service Manager. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
